Quicknr 2.0.0

Quicknr has reached maturity with a small update that brings it to version 2.

FTP connections to the server can now be configured for active or passive mode, with the new FTP_PASSIVE setting in the configuration. This may help with some server setups that are easier to achieve with active mode than passive.

A small but important fix is also included: the "lib.js" Javascript file that is copied to new websites no longer employs code compatible only with Firefox and Chrome. All users should upgrade and replace their deployed "lib.js" files with the new version.

Quicknr is now fairly feature complete, with no major development likely. The focus from now on will be on extensions and documentation. There is a lot to get done, time permitting.
